We crossed over from Cantabria into Asturias at Unqueria. This region is autonomous like the Trentino region of Northern Italy.
Our group of 4 arrived at La Playa de la Franca...La Franca Beach....about 2pm. It had cleared up a bit more after lunch at Colombres although we had good signs of local flooding around tbe streams.
We are staying in a motor camp in cabins...basic but nice...great showers and the promise of a good meal tonight.
We only did 19.5km today. We kept crossing paths with Ulrika from Sweden and two german girls...we have seen each other since Santander. They haven't arrived in here yet so I assume they are walking on.
Tomorrow looks like similar weather so I am going to suggest an early start
